In order to promote the reconstruction of water supply conditions in South African Local and District Municipalities and enhance the quality of life of local residents,  we are now publicly recruiting project partners among South African enterprises to jointly participate in the water supply condition reconstruction project. This project aims to optimize the local water supply infrastructure, ensure a safe, stable and sufficient water resource supply, and provide strong support for urban development.

項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容：包括但不限于供水管道鋪設(shè)與升級(jí)、水處理設(shè)施建設(shè)與改造、供水系統(tǒng)智能化管理平臺(tái)搭建等。通過一系列工程措施，解決當(dāng)前供水系統(tǒng)中存在的老化、漏水、水質(zhì)不穩(wěn)定等問題，提高供水效率和質(zhì)量。

Project Content: Including but not limited to the laying and upgrading of water supply pipelines, the construction and renovation of water treatment facilities, and the establishment of an intelligent management platform for the water supply system. Through a series of engineering measures, solve the problems of aging, water leakage, and unstable water quality in the current water supply system, and improve the efficiency and quality of water supply.

二、合作伙伴要求

II. Requirements for Partners

企業(yè)資質(zhì)：在南非合法注冊(cè)成立，具備相關(guān)工程建設(shè)、水利設(shè)施運(yùn)營維護(hù)、信息技術(shù)服務(wù)等資質(zhì)，且資質(zhì)證書處于有效期內(nèi)。

Enterprise Qualifications: Legally registered in South Africa, with relevant qualifications in engineering construction, operation and maintenance of water conservancy facilities, information technology services, etc., and the qualification certificates are within the valid period.

項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)：擁有豐富的供水項(xiàng)目實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉南非當(dāng)?shù)毓こ探ㄔO(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范，能夠提供過往類似項(xiàng)目案例及相關(guān)證明材料。

Project Experience: Have rich experience in implementing water supply projects, be familiar with local engineering construction standards and specifications in South Africa, and be able to provide past similar project cases and relevant supporting materials.

技術(shù)能力：具備先進(jìn)的技術(shù)和專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)，能夠在供水管道施工、水處理技術(shù)、智能化系統(tǒng)開發(fā)等方面提供專業(yè)技術(shù)支持。

Technical Capabilities: Have advanced technology and professional teams, and be able to provide professional technical support in water supply pipeline construction, water treatment technology, intelligent system development, etc.

財(cái)務(wù)實(shí)力：財(cái)務(wù)狀況良好，具備充足的資金實(shí)力和融資能力，能夠保障項(xiàng)目順利推進(jìn)所需的資金投入。

Financial Strength: Have a good financial status, sufficient financial strength and financing capabilities, and be able to ensure the capital investment required for the smooth progress of the project.

良好信譽(yù)：在商業(yè)活動(dòng)中信譽(yù)良好，無不良信用記錄和法律糾紛。

Good Reputation: Have a good reputation in business activities, with no bad credit records or legal disputes.

本次項(xiàng)目將采用多種靈活的合作模式，具體可根據(jù)合作伙伴的優(yōu)勢(shì)和需求進(jìn)行協(xié)商確定，包括但不限于：

This project will adopt a variety of flexible cooperation models, which can be specifically determined through negotiation according to the advantages and needs of partners, including but not limited to:

聯(lián)合投標(biāo)：與我方組成聯(lián)合體，共同參與項(xiàng)目投標(biāo)，在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中按照各自優(yōu)勢(shì)分工協(xié)作，共享項(xiàng)目收益。

Joint Bidding: Form a consortium with our side to jointly participate in project bidding. During the project implementation process, divide work and cooperate according to their respective advantages, and share project revenues.

工程分包：作為分包商承接項(xiàng)目部分工程內(nèi)容，按照合同要求高質(zhì)量完成分包任務(wù)，獲取相應(yīng)工程款項(xiàng)。

Project Subcontracting: As a subcontractor, undertake part of the project content, complete the subcontracting tasks with high quality according to the contract requirements, and obtain corresponding project payments.

技術(shù)合作：提供專業(yè)技術(shù)支持，參與項(xiàng)目技術(shù)方案制定、實(shí)施和優(yōu)化，以技術(shù)入股或技術(shù)服務(wù)費(fèi)用等形式獲取回報(bào)。

Technical Cooperation: Provide professional technical support, participate in the formulation, implementation and optimization of project technical plans, and obtain returns in the form of technical shares or technical service fees.

四、招募流程

IV. Recruitment Process

報(bào)名階段：有意向的企業(yè)請(qǐng)于 [2025年7月1日] 前，將企業(yè)資質(zhì)文件、項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)證明、聯(lián)系方式等相關(guān)材料發(fā)送至指定郵箱 [JJ-HB@163.com]，郵件主題請(qǐng)注明 “南非地方和區(qū)級(jí)市政供水項(xiàng)目合作報(bào)名- [企業(yè)名稱]”。

Registration Stage: Interested enterprises please send relevant materials such as enterprise qualification documents, project experience certificates, contact information, etc. to the designated email address [JJ-HB@163.com] before [July 1, 2025]. The subject of the email should be marked as "Application for Cooperation in the Water Supply Project in South African Local and District Municipalities- [Enterprise Name]".

資格審查：我方將對(duì)報(bào)名企業(yè)提交的材料進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格審核，篩選出符合條件的企業(yè)進(jìn)入下一階段。

Qualification Review: Our side will strictly review the materials submitted by the registered enterprises and select the eligible enterprises to enter the next stage.

面談與評(píng)估：邀請(qǐng)通過資格審查的企業(yè)進(jìn)行面談，深入了解企業(yè)的技術(shù)實(shí)力、項(xiàng)目實(shí)施能力、合作意向等，并進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)估。

Interview and Evaluation: Invite the enterprises that have passed the qualification review to conduct interviews, deeply understand the technical strength, project implementation capabilities, cooperation intentions, etc. of the enterprises, and conduct comprehensive evaluations.

確定合作方：根據(jù)面談與評(píng)估結(jié)果，確定最終合作伙伴，并簽訂合作協(xié)議。

Determination of Partners: Determine the final partners based on the results of interviews and evaluations, and sign cooperation agreements.

        最終解釋權(quán)以中文為準(zhǔn)。
